It looks like I'm not thru with the barks & roots yet...I still feel a massive pull around the joints whenever I do stretching exercises on the ankle. Sigh.
The only bright news is that the limbs are indeed a lot more relaxed with swimming, and Doc has taught me more stuff to get those wretched muscles & ligaments back in shape -
Doc : ok...after you're done swimming...stand at the balls of your feet....and count to 50. that way, you'll strengthen both ur calf & hamstring...
Moi : ooohh....like wearing hi heels...
Doc : NONONONO HI HEELS....
Moi : aiyah...i mean stand like wearing hi heels...
Doc : ohhh....ah yeah lah (writing prescription) remember ur diet ah....
Moi : (*!#%&!!)
And I tend to get tired very fast lately. Could it be a reaction to the sudden halt in activities, or am I coming down with something again....
